The Raiders Centre required the timely production and installation of diverse signage across floors, walls and ceilings, each surface with its own material and application requirement. Long lead times for production and installation posed a challenge, particularly with the fixed target of completing installation ahead of the season launch.
Every element needed to be manufactured, freighted and installed inside a compressed window, with no allowance for rework.
The solution
Reacon implemented a streamlined production planning process to optimise the manufacturing of signage across all areas. We fostered close collaboration between signage designers, contractors and the Raiders Centre team to ensure the design of each area met both aesthetic and functional requirements.
